NdFeB Magnet Machining And Ser火舞vice:
· All kinds of shapes of magne工錯ts can be supplied after習黑 grinding, electric wire spark cutt有靜ing, mechanical drilling and 裡自cutting, and other methods.
· All kinds of magnets 師內with coating can be sup術高plied, such as electric coating,從資 electroplating and phosphorizing and 麗科so on. It is guaranteed th藍笑at the product will have 河還a good appearance and anti司吃-corrosion characteristics.制懂
· The magnet can be magnet說拿ized in single, multi and ra飛吧dial directions.
· According to the needs of cu件舞stomers, magnet can b妹刀e aged, demagnetized, re-magn黑火etized after demagnetization.
· The chemical compositions of r快去aw materials and magnets 錯問can be analyzed by ICP. The magne飛間t microstructure can be ob有分served by microscope and 科都 magnetic powder size 呢要distribution measured by the L線車aser Particle Size Analyzer校低. The magnetic properties can be teste廠數d by means of B-H tester懂得 at both ambient and high tem舞空peratures.
· The coating layer can be analyzed 歌子by means of SST, PCT, HHT, drop要照ping and layer thicknes請銀s tester.
