4.納米晶與鐵氧體(tǐ)鐵芯使用溫度範圍及其溫度穩定性對比

(Operation Temperature Range and St少笑ability Comparison Between Nanocrys醫城talline and Ferrite Cores)

納米晶居裡溫度570℃,傳統鐵氧體(tǐ)的居裡溫度僅200℃,在-做錢40℃~+140℃溫度範圍内,納米晶鐵芯主要磁特日還性變化(huà)率小于10%,而傳統的鐵氧體(tǐ)卻高達50%以上西用(shàng),用納米晶鐵芯制造的濾波器(qì)件,可以務外更好(hǎo)(hǎo)地應用于高溫環境,更适應環境線秒變化(huà)。
