納米晶材料同時(shí)具備矽鋼、坡莫合金(jīn)和鐵氧體(冷金tǐ)的優點,高頻逆變電源的工作(zuò)頻率在20kHz~50kHz雨信,作(zuò)為(wèi)電源心髒的主變壓器(qì),傳統的鐵芯材料鐵氧體廠亮(tǐ)雖高頻損耗較低(dī),但(dàn)其100kHz以下(xià)頻段紙劇的磁導率較低(dī),且其飽和磁感應值(Bs)較低(dī),鐵芯的東工體(tǐ)積和重量仍較大,此外,鐵氧體(日門tǐ)的居裡溫度較低(dī),熱穩定性差,溫度稍說友高即導緻Bs值降低(dī),易飽和,工作(zuò報門)狀态不穩定,不适合于高頻大功率下(xià)使用。納米晶材料,具有優良的綜合樂科磁性能(néng),特别是應用在高頻大功率逆變電源上(上南shàng)鐵芯的首選。納米晶鐵芯不僅用于逆變焊機電源,用文而且廣泛用于電解電鍍設備、感應加熱設備、充電設備、通信海舞電源、UPS電源、X光機電源、激光電源、變頻調校亮速電源等領域。
