4.納米晶與鐵氧體(tǐ)鐵芯使用溫度範圍及其溫度穩定性對比

納米晶居裡溫度570℃,傳統鐵氧體(tǐ)的居裡溫資雜度僅200℃,在-40℃~+140℃溫度範圍内,納米晶鐵芯主要磁特性變化(h微對uà)率小于10%,而傳統的鐵氧體(tǐ)卻高達50%以上(shàng),相制用納米晶鐵芯制造的濾波器(qì)件,可以更畫河好(hǎo)(hǎo)地應用于高溫環境,更适短小應環境變化(huà)。
