按照客戶對鐵芯産品不同的磁性能(néng)要求,選影數取合适成分(fēn)和等級帶材卷繞成所需規格鐵芯,在保護氣氛中進行磁關少場(chǎng)熱處理(lǐ),獲取磁性能(néng)滿足爸睡客戶要求的納米晶态鐵芯,按客戶要求進行封裝保護。

1.變頻傳動變頻器(qì)(Variable-frequen我化cy Drive Device )


變頻器(qì)是應用變頻技術與微電子(zǐ)水道技術,通過改變電機工作(zuò)電源頻率方式來(lái)控制交流電動機的去日電力控制設備。變頻器(qì)主要由整流(交流變直流)空女、濾波、逆變(直流變交流)、制動單元、驅動單元、檢測單元、微處業動理(lǐ)單元等組成。變頻器(qì)靠内部IGB窗玩T的開斷來(lái)調整輸出電源的電壓和頻率,根據電在湖機的實際需要來(lái)提供其所需要的電源電壓,進而達到節能(né章裡ng)、調速的目的,随着工業自動化(huà)水慢程度的不斷提高,變頻器(qì)也(yě)得玩不到了(le)非常廣泛的應用。低(dī)磁導率納米晶大共模電感鐵公有芯适用于≤1000V的低(dī)壓變頻器(q西也ì),能(néng)有效抑制變頻器(qì)産生(shēng金她)的共模幹擾。
